ASBase is a molecular information database with spectral data as its core. It provides simple and fast retrieval of photophysical properties of molecules such as absorption and emission, and achieves high-precision theoretical prediction based on big data and artificial intelligence.
The ASBase mission is to:

- Millions compounds from hundreds of data sources, deduplicated with the original source provided.
- Easy and powerful search options, including optics, structure, and application search.
- Validation and curation of synonyms improve the accuracy of our text search
2、Improve the quality of public chemistry data sources
- Automated chemistry checking of structures on loading.
- Manual comment and correction tools offer crowdsourced curation with expert review
- Registered users only can upload their own structure.
3、Incorporation of big data analytics and artificial intelligence
- Real-time statistics and analysis of molecular information in the database
- R&D hotspots and direction prediction based on big data
- Prediction of molecular spectral information based on deep learning of artificial intelligence
- Forecast of molecular applications based on massive data
ASBase grows daily with more depositions, more links. You are invited to help build this community for chemists by contributing your structures, spectra, or syntheses. You can also actively participate in the curation of the data; registration enables you to become a depositor or curator.
