We offer a variety of search options, from a global search on the home page to a search for compound name, CAS, SMILES,  compound spectral information, publications and application information.  Also, a combined search (with AND logic) of these information is available when multiple keywords are listed with delimiter ",".

The search box on the search result page will also start a new search submission.

Alternatively, advanced search criteria could be customized at the search page by clicking "Search" on the navigation bar.

We offer 2 methods to search with chemical structures:

i. Click "Draw Structure" button on the home page to enter the structure drawing panel.

ii. For chemiformatics researchers, directly paste SMILES or SMARTS pattern on the search box at home page or structure search page will be more convenient.

The search results are ranked by smilarity score to input SMILES pattern of the input substructure by default. If ASBase include an identical molecule to the input substructure pattern, it will be top-ranked with 100% similarity.
